The brief

MyRipple is a breakthrough in wearable health technology, offering the world’s first non-invasive device capable of measuring nutrition, glucose, activity, lactate, and hydration in real-time. Founded in the UK by a team of biomedical engineers and medical professionals, the technology addresses a critical gap in holistic health monitoring - eliminating the need for needles.

Despite the trasformative potential of their innovation, MyRipple lacked a comprehensive strategy to present their prototype effectively to potential investors and bring their tech to market. They needed a team who could bridge the complexity of their technology and the investment landscape requirements for health technology ventures.

That’s where our team at Summit Digital came in.

My approach

To fully understand the technical capabilities of MyRipple’s wearable technology, we conducted a series of in-depth client sessions. These allowed us to explore the data the device would generate, review early prototype imagery, and define the product’s look and feel ahead of developing the brand identity.

Working as part of a two-person design team, my role was to translate the brand guidelines after they were created by our lead designer, into a cohesive website experience. The focus was on delivering clear, investor-oriented messaging that communicated both the scientific validity of the technology and its commercial potential.

It was essential that the website conveyed a premium, high-quality feel while simplifying complex information. The design guides investors through the product’s capabilities, market opportunity, and competitive advantages in a structured, intuitive way. We introduced clear use cases and used motion design to demonstrate how the technology works, making the experience both engaging and easy to understand.

The website was designed in Figma, enabling real-time collaboration with the client. This allowed for continuous feedback and iteration, from early wireframes through to final designs.

The outcome

The outcome of this project was a high-quality website that supported MyRipple as they approached investor rounds, positioning them for success. Through clear messaging and intuitive design, the platform effectively communicated the technology’s capabilities while making its market potential easy for investors to grasp - all within a premium, credible experience.

The site also incorporated a pre sales registration system with investor tracking, providing valuable insight into user behaviour and engagement. This enabled ongoing optimisation based on real data, helping to strengthen performance during fundraising. A flexible content management system was implemented to allow rapid updates, ensuring all information remained accurate and relevant as the product and prototype evolved.

Overall, the website established a professional digital presence that clearly differentiated MyRipple within the competitive wearables market, supporting both funding conversations and partnership opportunities. From a technical perspective, the site achieved strong performance metrics, including a 96% performance score and a 2.1 second load time - ensuring a fast, reliable experience during critical investor interactions.
